Lebanon, OH — Due to the severe arctic weather that has descended on the entire Midwest, Miami Valley Raceway has canceled its Thursday night live racing program, as well as the two qualifiers scheduled for prior to the Thursday card. With the forecast calling for -5 degree Fahrenheit temperatures during racing hours and wind chill forecasts from -17 to -30, this action was taken to protect the well-being of the horses and participants.

The draw for Sunday’s program will take place today on schedule. Horses that were scheduled to race tonight are welcome to reenter for Sunday if the class they want exists on the condition sheet. The box closes at 1 p.m.
