The United States Trotting Association’s CEO Mike Tanner is this week’s guest on the Harness Racing Alumni Show. Tanner is interviewed by trainer-driver Greg Peck. Tanner gives the USTA’s viewpoint along with his own thoughts on the Horseracing Integrity and Safety Authority.
