Miniature Horse Show coming to Plainridge

by Robert Lieberman

Norwood, MA — On Columbus Day, October 12, there will be a special demonstration at Plainridge Racecourse by “Sunny,” the miniature wonder horse who finished in second place in America’s most talented pets on NBC’s Today Show.

He is owned by Tom and Diane Long, who own, train and race their horses at Plainridge.

“Sunny” has two other pals, by the names of “Fireball” and “Casper” that add a little spice to the performance. They all have performed up and down the east coast.

So on the day in which we celebrate that Columbus “discovered” America, come on down to Plainridge Racecourse and discover “Sunny” and his his two pals “Fireball and “Casper” for an afternoon of fun.
