Monticello, NY — The Monticello Harness Horsemen’s Association has increased the bonus program for all its members.

Starting on May 8, for one week only, all horses that finish first through fifth will receive a 20 percent purse bonus in addition to purse money earned. The bonus program is only offered to members of the MHHA.

Membership to the MHHA is $30 per year; benefits include health and life insurance, race bike insurance and numerous social events such as their famous horsemen’s Christmas party.
