Babe La Marc, a filly sired by Muscle Hill and out of Oiseau, she by Andover Hall, fetched the top price at $37,000 at the annual Danish yearling sale on Saturday night (Aug. 30).

The dam, Oiseau, is a full sister to Clerk Magistrate 3,1:53.2, a winner of seven races and $800,437, who now is at stud in Sweden.

Clerk Magistrate won the American-National and Goodtimes, was second in the Canadian Trotting Classic, and third in the Stanley Dancer and World Trotting Derby.

The average price was $9,800.
