Augusta, ME — The New England Chapter of the United States Harness Writers Association is proud to announce the newest inductees to the New England Harness Writers Hall of Fame.

There are ten New England standout harness racing people being inducted this year.

The induction ceremony will take place as part of the Maine Standardbred Breeders and the Maine Harness Horsemen’s Association annual dinner on Saturday (Jan. 22). The dinner will be at the Ramada by Wyndham Lewiston Hotel & Conference Center in Lewiston, Maine. The cocktail hour starts at 5 p.m. with dinner at 6 p.m. and awards starting at approximately 7 p.m.

The ten new inductees are Frank Antonacci, Ralph H. Andersen, Elmer N. Ballard, Richard N. Bartlett, George G. Ducharme, David L. Ingraham, Gary D. Mosher, Walter H. Ross Sr., Roger D. Smith Jr. and Robert Tisbert.
