Saratoga Springs, NY — All trainers and drivers who wish to race at Saratoga Casino Hotel must review and sign the track’s mandatory rules regarding whipping, safety vests, safety straps and helmets.

You must return the signed forms to the race office via fax (518.581.5890), email (stalls@saratogacasino.com) or drop off at the Stable Gate.
