Harrington, DE — Harrington Raceway will be implementing a new policy as it pertains to racing on the annual Governor’s Day program (July 26).

Horses that enter will be required to have a minimum of three starts at the current Harrington Raceway meet. Horses with less than the requisite number of starts will be used only as needed.
