Columbus, OH — Northfield Park is offering a guaranteed $30,000 Pick-5 pool for Monday night’s (Nov. 28) card, thanks to a carryover of $7,779, as part of the USTA Strategic Wagering program.

Also, Pompano Park begins its guaranteed $5,000 Pick-4 Monday night. Pompano Park’s Pick-4 is on races five through eight (approximate post time 8:17 p.m. eastern for the first leg) and has a 15 percent takeout rate. The wager will be offered Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

“With a strong competitive racing product, coupled with guaranteed pools and low takeout, this has the potential to be a great value wager,” said Chris Schick, the chairman of the Strategic Wagering Committee.

Northfield Park’s Pick-5 is races three through seven. Approximate post time is 7:40 p.m. eastern for the first leg.
