Monticello, NY — Horsemen are notified that following the draw for the New York County Fair finals on Tuesday (Sept. 3), driver changes must be received by the Race Office between 11:45 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. of the same day.

The box for the draw closes at 9 a.m.

This quick turnaround time is to ensure adequate time for the track to finalize and print the program for the finals on Sept. 5.
