Ohio Breeders Championship action at Delaware

Delaware, OH — Rock N Randall (Ronnie Wrenn Jr.) went gate-to-wire to capture the final division of the $64,634 Ohio Breeders Championship for freshman colt pacers on Wednesday (Sept. 17) at the Delaware County Fair.

Rock N Randall defeated a late charging Danger Storm (Ron Pierce) and Dyno Mite Man (David Miller) in 1:58.1.

Ollie Pop (Aaron Merriman) scored an upset win in the first $32,317 division in 1:56.4.

It was a Miller family reunion in the winner’s circle after the second division of the $60,134 3-year-old filly trot. David Miller guided Rose Run Princess to victory in 1:58.1. The Trainforthefuture lass is trained by David’s daughter, Devan. Turbochargedroxie (Dan Noble) and Anniesbluejeanbaby (Greg Grismore) completed the trifecta.

The first division went to upsetter Autumn Estelle (Hugh Beatty) who edged the heavy favorite Sandys Victory (Josh Sutton) in 2:00.

Rompaway Galaxy (Mike Micallef) and Count Full Mac (Ronnie Wrenn Jr.) took divisions of the $61,334 Ohio Breeders Championship for 3-year-old colt trotters.
