Solvay, NY — The Onondaga Harness Horsemen’s Association has announced the results of its April 15 election.

Board members Ron Davis, George Tackley and Doug Smith were re-elected to one year terms.

Other current directors are Jerry Bellows, president; Brandon Loomis, vice president; Nick Gibides, treasurer; Coleen Charrette, secretary; and directors Mike Hunter, Marty Felicia and Dianne Melter.

While there has not been racing at The Syracuse Mile in several years, the OHHA is active in representing horsemen and women stabled at the New York State Fairgrounds. Also, with the prospect of pari-mutuel racing coming to Onondaga County, the OHHA will be representing the interests of horsemen.
