Ontario EHV-1 update: lifting of restrictions June 4 confirmed

Toronto, ON — The Ontario Racing Commission has announced that there have been no reports of any further clinical cases in horses stabled in the Lower Barn of the Campbellville Training Centre.

ORC Manager of Veterinary Services Dr. Adam Chambers confirms that horses stabled in this barn will be allowed to enter into races (make entries) and physically attend Ontario racetracks on June 4.

The restrictions on horses stabled at les Cedres in Quebec also will be lifted on June 4.
