Toronto, ON — The Ontario Racing Commission has released a Notice to the Industry covering changes to the Rules of Standardbred Racing to cover racing under saddle events.

In addition to the Directive detailing the rule changes, the release also includes a summary of the rules changes and a description of the process to obtain a Standardbred Rider licence.
