Ontario Racing Program: Technical Elements issued

Toronto, ON — The Ontario Racing Commission has released Implementation 1-2011 for the Ontario Racing Program dealing with the following:
1. Classification of Standardbred Daily Racing Programs
2. Standardbred Daily Purse Levels
3. Maximum Number of Races
