Campbellville, ON – The online 3-Year-Old Sustaining Payment deadline has been extended to Friday (Feb 18) at noon.

The online form has been restored to allow people to register by this time. Late registrations will not be accepted.

Mailed payments will still be accepted if they are post-marked February 15.
