Columbus, OH — The USTA Communications Department was on hand at the opening day of the 2016 Scioto Downs meet on Tuesday (May 10). In the first of this season’s Morning Line episodes we bring you a behind the scenes look at opening day.

This year’s Morning Line will follow a different format from 2015. Instead of having a single weekly show, we will produce multiple short episodes focused on the scenes, stories and characters that make up the harness racing world.
