Columbus, OH — The next meeting of the Ohio State Racing Commission will be held on Wednesday (Aug. 27).

The meeting will take place in Room South B & C on the 31st floor of the Riffe Center at 77 S. High St. in Columbus. It will begin at 10 a.m.

The commission will discuss 2015 live racing dates at the meeting. Dates applications were submitted by the state’s seven commercial racetracks by Aug. 15, as mandated by the Ohio Revised Code.

Racetracks have applied for 761 live dates, 30 more than the 731 days approved by the commission for 2014.
