Columbus, OH — The Pennsylvania Harness Racing Commission began accepting applications on Tuesday (Aug. 1) for the state’s final harness racing license, which includes the state’s final casino license, according to the Ellwood City (PA) Ledger.

The deadline for application is Tuesday (Nov. 28) at 4 p.m.
