Lexington, KY — The Pennsylvania State Horse Racing Commission will soon begin accepting Standardbred owner’s licenses through the National Racing Compact.

Owners can now get Standardbred licenses through the NRC in Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Ontario, Pennsylvania, and Virginia with a single application and a single set of fingerprints.

The Pennsylvania Horse Racing Commission, its Director of Standardbred Racing, Brett Revington, and Director of Licensing, Andy Bender, were instrumental in making this possibility a reality.

The National Racing Compact will begin licensing Standardbred owners in Pennsylvania on June 1.
