I hit the Balmoral Pick 4 with a $36 play last Sunday and it paid good, $456.00. This week I’m going to play three tickets, two economy tickets for $4.00 and $8.00 and a regular ticket for $54.00, this way I have a chance to hit it more than once and the overall cost is still conservative for a Pick 4 wager. The sequence starts out with a 6 horse field in the 7th race, but it’s not an easy race by any means. In the 8th, the 9-The Lady Clown has been facing tougher and has speed, but the 2-Trisa comes off a race she needed. In the 9th, the 4-My Kind Of Towne has clearly the fastest recent times but isn’t all that reliable. In the 10th, the 4-Paloma Belleza comes off two strong wins against similar and is a potential single. Below is how I handicapped and ranked the contenders.

7th Race: 1-3-4
8th Race: 9-2-4-5
9th Race: 4-7-6
10th Race: 4-2-8
