A late driver change in the Pick-4, to Andy Miller on trotter Windsun Missile, blew up the Pick-4 as that horse won at 25-1 odds. The odds would have been much lower if the early bettors had known that Miller was going to drive.

Analysis:

Race 8: (4) Bell I No hasn’t raced for a month but he is quick. I’m going to try something here, I’m including my 4th ranked horse, (6) McThriller, because I think he has a shot at a price.

Race 9: This is a competitive race and doesn’t appear to have a clear favorite. My top pick is (8) Dash Of Danger, who is 15-1 on the morning line, but should take money. (1) Jacksrlucklytoo got in a bad spot last time. (6) Ever Again is second off the layoff with a drop in class.

Race 10: I’m going to use all four of my listed contenders in this wide open race, 1, 3, 5, 7.

Race 11: (3) B Well ships in for a sharp barn. (8) Frankandjoanne had some pace closing from a tough spot in last.
