Pass Line Bluechip leads Teague grand slam

Harrington, DE — Chris Scicluna’s Pass Line Bluechip ($9.60, Montrell Teague) was a 1:53.3 winner in the $20,000 Mares Open on Tuesday (May 3) at Harrington Raceway.

The 7-year-old Bettor’s Delight mare received a pocket trip behind pacesetting favorite Feeling Sweet and surged down the passing lane late for her sixth win of the year. Feeling Sweet held second with Cruzinforavictory third.

Pass Line Bluechip, who is trained by her owner, boosted her seasonal bankroll to more than $63.000. It was one of four wins on the card for Teague.

Driver Mike Cole recorded his 1,999th career win in the fourth race with Western Secret A ($23.20) in 1:55.4.

Tony Morgan and Pat Berry each had a driving double.
