Wilkes-Barre, PA — Until further notice, horses shipping from Saratoga to Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs or Harrah’s Chester Casino & Racetrack will be required to show proof of a negative PCR (polymerase chain reaction) test for strangles.

The change is effective for the Tuesday (April 3) draw at both tracks.
