Rochester Mills, PA — Jeff Zidek, president of the Pennsylvania Fair Harness Horsemen’s Association, has been given a new set of proposed rules for the fair circuit that absolutely must be discussed by the group as soon as possible.

We have called a meeting for Dec. 8 at 2 p.m. at the Indiana County Fair board building.

These proposed changes are quite significant and will affect both horsemen and fairs, and we need to present a united front at the Hershey meeting, either in support or opposition. It will be extremely important for horsemen and fair representatives to be in attendance at this meeting.
