Chester, PA — As all of us continue to cope with the impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic, PHHA would like our members covered with health insurance to know we will not be billed for May health insurance premiums.

Again, if a member has paid ahead, those monies will remain on their account as a credit. The PHHA still encourages all members to take advantage of MDLIVE, a free service through Independence Blue Cross in which a doctor can be accessed remotely.
