Harrisburg, PA — Anton J. Leppler, Director of Harness Racing for the Pennsylvania Racing Commissions, has announced the lifting of the ban on horses from New Hampshire’s Rockingham Park coming into Pennsylvania harness tracks.
“After communication with New Hampshire officials and input from our own horsemen and doctors,” Leppler said, “it became clear that there was no longer a threat from these horses to the local Standardbred communities, and thus we have lifted the ban.”
