Wilkes-Barre, PA — The Pennsylvania Harness Horsemen’s Association is pleased to announce that the end-of-year bonus program will continue in 2014 for qualifying Pennsylvania resident owners and trainers at Harrah’s Philadelphia and Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs.

The program will be similar to previous years, except that win bonuses will be paid only on purses of less than $20,000.

Beginning this year, owners and trainers wishing to participate must register by Nov. 1 by providing copies of the following: 1. state-issued PA driver’s license; 2. state-issued PA vehicle registration issued on or before Sept. 1, 2013; 3. previous year’s PA state income tax return and 4. copy of both sides of cancelled check for payment of PA state income taxes.

Failure to register by Nov. 1 will render the individual ineligible for 2014.

By registering, you agree that eligibility will be determined solely by the PHHA and that all determinations are final.

Please note that the PHHA will be closing its Lemoyne office in the coming weeks, so information should be submitted to our offices at Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs (1280 Highway 315, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702) or Harrah’s Philadelphia (1001 Harrah’s Blvd., Chester, PA 19103).
