Chester, PA — Horsemen who participate in the PHHA’s retirement plan are urged to visit www.phha.org and click the “Check Membership Status” link. If your name is not listed, we have not received your membership application for the 2017 racing season.

In order to remain eligible for retirement plan distributions, you must complete and submit a new membership application each and every year. The form is available for download or by visiting our offices. (Please note, if returning the form via mail, applications must be postmarked no later than Dec. 30, 2017.)

However, members do not need to submit a new retirement plan application every year. That is a one-time application.
