Wilkes-Barre, PA — Those who participate in the PHHA’s retirement plan are urged to visit pahha.com and click the link to check their membership status. If your name is not listed, we have not received your membership application for the 2014 racing season.

In order to remain eligible for retirement plan distributions, you must complete and submit a new membership application each and every year. If sending via mail, applications must be postmarked no later than December 31, 2014.

However, members do not need to submit a new retirement plan application every year. That is a one-time application.
