Chester, PA — Trainers and drivers are urged to ensure their PHHA memberships are current in order to remain eligible for the association’s retirement plan.

Those who have not yet submitted a completed 2015 membership application are urged to do so as soon as possible. To check your membership status and/or download an application, please visit www.pahha.com.

To be eligible for any PA owner or trainer bonuses, the following paperwork must be on file with the PHHA no later than Oct. 30, 2015: (i) a valid PA driver’s license issued no later than Sept. 1 of prior year and current vehicle registration; (ii) prior year’s USTA membership documentation; and (iii) previous year’s tax return showing proof of permanent domicile.

Please be aware that, upon request of track personnel or the PHHA, you may be required to produce additional proof of permanent domicile.

Additionally, owners and trainers who have not yet completed a residency affidavit must do so if planning to enter races for Pennsylvania-owned horses during the remainder of the 2015 season at The Downs at Mohegan Sun Pocono and Harrah’s Philadelphia. Those without an affidavit on file are not eligible.
