The PHHA has posted a complete list of current members on its homepage, www.pahha.com. Members who participate in the PHHA’s retirement plan are urged to click the link and check their membership status as soon as possible. If your name is not listed, we have not received your membership application for the 2010 racing season.

In order to remain eligible for retirement plan distributions, you must complete and submit a new membership application each and every year. However, you do not need to submit a new retirement plan application every year. That is a one-time application. All forms are available online at www.pahha.com.
