Yonkers, NY — A pair of 14-1 upsets by Mister Hat and Thundra, both driven by Pat Lachance, and another surprise of 18-1 by Look In My Eyes, piloted by Braxten Boyd, occurred during Wednesday night’s (July 20) Pick-5 sequence at Yonkers Raceway. As a result, the wager was not hit, leading to a carryover of $5,307.70 and a guaranteed pool in the sequence of $15,000 on Thursday night (July 21).

The guarantee in the Pick-5 is being offered as part of the United States Trotting Association’s Strategic Wagering Program. Free past performances for the Pick-5, courtesy of TrackMaster, will be available here. The Pick-5, which begins in race five, has a takeout rate of 20 percent.

Thursday night’s program gets underway at 6:55 p.m. and will also have a carryover of $1,329.41 in the Pick-6 starting in race three.

Live racing at Yonkers will continue through Saturday night this week, and then starting next week, the schedule will shift to a Monday-Tuesday-Thursday-Friday-Saturday slate.
