Wilkes-Barre, PA — The race office at The Downs at Mohegan Sun Pocono is closed Wednesday (March 15) due to the aftermath of Winter Storm Stella that hit the region earlier this week.

The qualifying races that were rescheduled for Thursday (March 16) have been canceled all together.
