Wilkes-Barre, PA — Monday nights at Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs are going to be a lot more exciting during the months of June, July and August as live harness racing will be conducted.

The Monday race cards will be replacing Friday nights during the above three months. The last Friday evening card will be taking place this week.

Live action during the months of June, July and August will be taking place on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday nights with a post time of 6:30 p.m. Admission and parking are always free.

The 2010 schedule was altered to allow for the hot summer concert series to be held at the racetrack.

Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs will be offering a free concert on Sunday, May 30, starting at 7 p.m. with the Johnny Unit Band followed by fireworks that will stat between 9:30 and 10 p.m. Johnny Unit Band plays pop, rock and dance music.
