Elkton, MD Post Time with Mike and Mike presented byBetAmerica will highlight the second edition of The Women of Harness Racing onit’s upcoming show, which takes place on Thursday morning (Aug. 24) at 10:30 a.m.The first edition featured Moira Fanning, Heather Vitale, Casie Coleman,Chantal Mitchell, and 2016 Post Time with Mike and Mike Horsewoman of the YearEmily Gaskin.

Edition two features fivemore talented women that have made their mark in a mostly male dominated sport.

Ellen Harvey, who isthe current Executive Director of Harness Racing Communications, will bejoining the program. She has been involved with the sport in several capacitiesfor more than 30 years.

Carol Hodes, alongtime member of the NJSEA (New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority)publicity team will also be joining the program. Hodes was a staff reporter forthe Star-Ledger from1974 to 1981. She then joined the publicity staff at the MeadowlandsRacetrack and remained with the NJSEA until January of 2007.

2016 Breakthrough Award Winner Allison Conte will also be a part of theprogram. Conte, the current SocialMedia Manager for the U.S. Trotting Association, oversees the manyplatforms established within the USTA’s Communications Department, includingthe Harness Racing FanZone website.

Post Time with Mikeand Mike’s very own Jessica Otten will also be a part of theshow. Currently enrolled at Mott Community College, Otten ismajoring in business management. She started making her presence felt inthe sport of harness racing by providing behind-the-scenes access to thehappenings at Northville Downs. She has helped the Post Time crew withmany of their live remotes in 2016-17.

Sasha Moczulski willalso be joining the program. Moczulski won the first leg of the RUSMidAtlantic Monte Series aboard Hyway Marcus at Ocean Downs last Sunday night.

Gabe Prewitt willchime in on the Kentucky Sire Stakes program. He will highlight some of theracing currently going on at Red Mile and talk about some of the bighorses that are up and coming in the Sire Stakes program.

The on-going series with Darin Gagne at Running Aces will also continue thisweek as Darin will talk about the happenings at the Minnesota track.
