Northville, MI – After two successful weekends of its 2019 live harness meet, Northville Downs is pleased to announce an additional 10 percent increase in purses.  Effective with the Tuesday (April 9) draw the purse increase will be in effect.

Horsemen are reminded that Northville has a double draw on Tuesday for Friday (April 12) and Saturday’s (April 13) races.

Entries can be made by calling the race office at 248.349.1000 opt. 7 then 1. The race office will be available to accept entries on Mondays and Tuesdays from 10:30 a.m. until  noon.  Or entries can be done online at www.ustrotting.com.

Live racing takes place at the half-mile Northville oval every Friday and Saturday night with a 7:30 p.m. post time.

Every Friday, fans are offered $1 concession items that include:  hot dogs, soft drinks and popcorn.  In addition, $1 live racing programs and $2 draft beer are also available.

Reservations are also being accepted for the Kentucky Derby on May 4 and are on a first come, first serve basis.  Seat reservations can be made at customer service.
