Sacramento, CA — A purse schedule and seven late closing fall events have been released for the Watch and Wager harness meeting at Cal Expo that is set to get underway on Friday (Nov. 2).

“The opening purse schedule is based on $41,500 per race night,” said Director of Racing Fred Kuebler. “The condition sheet has only three classes below $3,000. A much more extensive late closing schedule covering December to May will be released in early October.”

The barn area and main track are now open at Cal Expo. The meeting is scheduled to run through May 11, with Friday and Saturday programs until Dec. 22, then Thursday, Friday and Saturday racing through the remainder of the stand.
