Dover, DE — Cash On Delivery took the lead in front of the grandstand and never looked back, scoring a 1:57 victory in the $16,000 featured trot at Dover Downs on Thursday.

Cash On Delivery was a 1:57 winner.

Trainer-driver Vince Copeland posted his second straight feature trot win of the week, piloting David Miller’s Cash On Delivery to a one length triumph in his second start of 2012. The race favorite, an altered son of Cash Hall-Direct Dial, held off second-place Outlaw (Corey Callahan) for his fifth lifetime win, raising his career bankroll to $73,362. Tropic Storm (John Wagner) finished third.

Brad Hanners had a driving triple. Corey Callahan and Tony Morgan each had two wins.
