Foxland wins $17,000 Sunday feature at Dover

Dover, DE — Foxland gave driver Tony Morgan his third win in the $17,000 featured race on Sunday at Dover Downs. Meet leading driver Corey Callahan also had three wins.

Foxland scored in 1:54.1 on Sunday.

Owned by Curragh Racing Stables, Foxland made his first 2011 start a success, scoring a 1:54.1 victory to take the top purse event of the night.

Tony Morgan drove the Badlands Hanover-Fox Valley Hooker gelding, trained by Tim Crissman, to his first win since turning four on Jan. 1. Master Chad (Art Stafford, Jr.) finished second with race favorite M A Roy (Ron Pierce) third.
