Two of the world’s best trotters, Readly Express and Bold Eagle, will meet in the Grand Criterium de la Vitesse de Cote d’Azur at Cagnes Sur Mer on Sunday afternoon (March 10).

For the first time ever, Sweden´s Readly Express with Björn Goop in the bike will race over a mile in the prestigious Grand Criterium at Cagnes Sur Mer. This is the biggest mile race in France.

Readly Express won the draw over Bold Eagle as Readly Express got post position one, while Bold Eagle with Franck Nivard in the bike will have to race from post position seven.

Bold Eagle is the defending champion. He won the race last year in 1:50.4, which was a race record and equaled the track race mark held by Commander Crowe.
