Ready Cash could return to action in December.

The 9-year-old Ready Cash, who has won the Prix d’Amerique twice and was second in 2013, has earned $5.3 million. He has been doing stud duties since 2009 and has been very successful. Ready Cash is the leading French sire with his 3- and 4-year-old offspring.

After the breeding season ended Ready Cash has been trained by his primary owner/trainer Philippe Allaire and as the trotter has trained down very fine, Allaire has now decided to place Ready Cash in training with Thierry Duvaldestin, who has trained him earlier.

The plan is to try to win the Prix d’Amerique in late January, but Ready Cash will have to earn at least $38,500 before January 1, 2015 to be qualified for the race.

Ready Cash will probably have his first start in the Prix de Bourbonnais at Vincennes on Dec. 6.
