Harrisburg, PA — The Pennsylvania Harness Racing Commission is reminding Standardbred owners to register their broodmares as “PA-resident” before Feb. 15 to ensure their foals are eligible for Breeders Fund awards.

Broodmares must reside in Pennsylvania for at least 180 contiguous days, including foaling, and be in foal to a registered Pennsylvania stallion, to be eligible for the awards.
