Columbus, OH — With all the optimism and excitement in Ohio racing today, people who want to learn more about owning harness horses should attend the owners seminar slated for Saturday (Aug. 17) at Scioto Downs.

The deadline for registration is Monday (Aug. 12). The seminar is presented by the Ohio State Racing Commission, the Ohio Harness Horsemen’s Association, Scioto Downs and the USTA.

The seminar begins in the clubhouse at Scioto Downs on Saturday at 4 p.m. and attendees will get a chance to learn about all aspects of ownership from experts. The seminar will lead into the Saturday racing program at Scioto, which always makes for an exciting evening.
