Columbus, OH — Members who have a USTA online services account will now get a reminder via e-mail when it is time to renew online.

No membership renewal packets will be sent via the postal service to those who have a USTA online services account. If your membership expires March 31, 2012, look for an e-mail, not postal mail, for renewal information.

Those members who would like to convert from paper renewals to e-mails or who may have accidentally deleted the e-mail regarding renewal that is due this month can contact memberservices@ustrotting.com.

It is expected that this expanded level of service will eliminate the possibility of misplacing paper forms and allow both members and USTA staff to accomplish this task quickly and easily.
