Freehold, NJ — Open class trotters are needed for a $20,000 race under saddle, to be held Sunday (Sept. 30) at The Red Mile in Lexington, Ky. The purse may be higher if additional sponsors sign on.

Licensed, experienced riders are available for those who might like to enter a horse but do not have a rider. Riders do not collect a commission, so the extra five percent will revert to owners.

Some assistance may be available to those who would like to enter a horse but do not have appropriate tack. Horses do not need to have raced under saddle in prior events.
