Wallkill, NY — Roll With Joe, 2011’s leading money winning performer (of either gait), has been retired to stud at Blue Chip Farms in Wallkill, N.Y.

Roll With Joe has been retired to stud at Blue Chip Farms.

A winner of more than $1.8 million during his career, Roll With Joe scored numerous victories in 2011 including the Meadowlands Pace in which he took his record of 1:48.2. His other major wins include the Messenger, Battle of the Brandywine, first heat division of the Little Brown Jug (second in the final), and the Somebeachsomewhere. He was also second in the Pepsi North America Cup Final and Breeders Crown Final (by a nose).

A son of Cam’s Card Shark out of the Armbro Emerson mare, Classic Wish, Roll With Joe comes from a royal and prolific family. He is a full brother to Bettor’s Delight, 2011’s leading money winning sire; and a three-quarter brother in blood to No Pan Intended.

Roll With Joe was trained by Eddie Hart for Blue Chip Bloodstock, Inc., Stephen Demeter, Not To Worry Stable and Winbak Farm. He was driven for most of his 3-year-old campaign by Ron Pierce.
