Rompaway Willie wins SS Trot at Dayton

Celina, OH — Rompaway Willie (6, g, Prise Speed-CR Royal Review-Royal Troubador) won the Signature Series Trot at the Montgomery County Fair in Dayton, Ohio, on Wednesday night, August 29.

Owner/driver Tim Martinson brought home ‘Willie’ in a time of 2:04 over John Stevenson, who is in second place in the overall Signature Series Trot chase. The SS Trot point leader De Niro G did not race.

The Signature Series remains at the Montgomery County Fair in Dayton on Thursday night for the Signature Series Pace.
