Owned by Arty Foster III and Russell Foster Racing, Techtopia Hanover made every pole a winning one in scoring a three-quarter length decision in 1:55.2. Trained by Megan Foster, the 6-year-old Artspeak gelding pushed his 2023 total to $31,890 with lifetime earnings of $219,017. It was the pacer’s fourth win of the year.
