Saratoga Springs, NY — Starting on Tuesday, July 22 Saratoga Harness will close the entry box at 4 p.m. for all events. Scratch time will be at 10 p.m. on the day of the draw. Qualifying box will close at 4 p.m. on Thursday, races will be held at 4:15 p.m. on Friday.
